2014: "Unchain my Heart" - Short Film (17 min.)

"Unchain my heart" says Ray Charles (Covered by Trini Lopez), in the beginning of the video, while our protagonist is about to escape from his boring daily routine. A suitcase with the bare essentials, a leathern jacket and some long walk ... The great road that he chose however, leads him to even more dead ends. While seeking advice from his friends, he realizes that no one can help him and wonders if he finally did something wrong. Maybe all he needed to do was a little patience.

The film includes natural dialogues between friends, several of which are beyond the basic topics.

Apart from the main track (Unchain my heart), which is not passed in editing but was recorded in the scene with the radio station, I did not used any other music, as well as extra lighting or tripods and the editing in some scenes is intentionally “bad”.

The purpose of the film is to comment on the generation of my time. It is also a part of my thesis work in the school of fine arts.
